With a background in education, I realized that my calling was in the learning and development field. I pursued a graduate degree in Instructional Design and Technology, where I honed my skills in designing, developing, and evaluating high-quality, learner-focused training programs.

In addition to my expertise in needs analysis, project management, and eLearning tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite, I have experience in instructional design consultation and support for large-scale programs, interactive face-to-face training, and creating compelling course content that enhances retention and knowledge transfer.
